I can't believe that I forgot to post this but I'm going to New York!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yep on February 25th with my aunt Cary who is going for business! It is only costing me a plane ticket and I got a very good deal on that!
I'm so excited! The hotel that we are staying at is right across the street from ground zero and I am less then two miles away from the dock to get on the ferry to go to the Staute of Liberty!! I have been looking up places to go and such while I have had some free time at work which hasn't been a whole lot!
I hope that we can go to Serendipity and I can get a frozen hot chocolate because according to Paula Deen they are pretty much awesome!! And I have really wanted one since I heard about it! I'm sure I can talk Cary into going for dinner or something one night we are out there!
I'm going to take a ton of pictures so you all better be ready to look at them all when I get them and have them all posted!!!

Kinda sad
So I'm here at work again today and even though it is an overtime day so I get time and a half for my twelve hours here I'm a little down.
First we have some really sick kids here and I have spend most of my day with crying parents at my desk and doctors giving bad news
Second Heath Ledger died and that is really sad and it is my first heart trob that has gone a died on me! Also a lot of people have been talking about it and it just makes it saddier. Such a great life and talent gone far too soon!!
Lastly one of my friends from work is leaving and tomorrow is her last day. She is really awesome so that is really sad! At least she isn't leaving the hospital but just going up to work in NICU.
But onther then my kinda down in the dumps day it has been pretty good. I haven't been that busy which is nice even though I have helped out the other side like crazy because it is beyond crazy over there.
My mommy also started a blog today so that is awesome. Now if I can only figure out how to add people to my friends list I guess you could call it that would be peachy.
I'm really tired today and I don't know why! Maybe it is because I went to bed at ten but for some reason I couldn't fall asleep until after midnight and then I had to get up and get ready and come into work.
So I guess that is it. I know boring huh, but all well!!!

Trix
So I'm still here at work for the next hour and a half and as you can tell by my second post today that I am really bored!
You know I love Trix cereal! My work has it for the kids because come on silly rabbit, Trixs are for kids!! So anywho everyday that I work at about 11am or so after breakfast is done and lunch is getting ready to be passed around I go and get me a cup full of Trix to snack on at my desk while I work. It has now become a habbit that I do everyday and if I don't get my cup of Trix then my day just doesn't seem to work right honestly to tell you the truth. I know that sounds bad but it is the totally true. Today I had my cup a little late because I had a pretzel this morning and a Jamba Juice so I wasn't hurgy come Trix time. So just to let you all know that as I am typing this stupid little blog about my cereal eating I am eating my lovely cup of Trix! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is really great up here in the overflow unit at work. Right now we are talking about eating cold pizza and fried chicken and how good they are. I really forgot how good chicken can be when it is cold. I know another strange thing to write but all well like I said I'm bored!

New blog!
So for some reason my old blog wouldn't let me get on it and do anything on it so I decided while I am here and bored at work to start a new one and let you all know what is going on in my life
Like I said I'm here at work. It is our very busy season so I am up in our overflow unit that has six beds. It is really nice up here because it is normally two nurses and sometimes a secretay or an aid. Today it is me, awesome nurses, and an awesome new grad nurse that is with one of the nurses. It should prove to me a very good day seeing as only one of my kids up here are going home so I should only get one admit!
Other then work I pretty much don't have a life. My surgery to have my left hip replacement is scheduled for April 28th at 6am (aka crack of dawn) So because I will be out of work for six to twelve weeks I am trying to get all the over time I can which means that I work everyday besides Sunday unless I'm scheduled for it. But the overtime hours are great and it helps to pay things off before my surgery and save up at the same time!
Last night my home teachers came over and gave a wonderful lesson from the Ensign on the bridges that Jesus Christ made for us and everything! It was very awesome! It must be if I'm putting it in my blog and all, right?!?!
My family is peachy keen. Just doing the schooling thing and working! I got to spend an awesome Saturday with the Llama this weekend. We went to lunch, went to Wal-Mart, and then went to a some gaming stores and had a lot of fun!
