This year was Rondalynn's first Halloween and I'm sure mommy and daddy where much more excited about then she was but that didn't stop us from starting our Halloween traditions with out family!
Because we don't live in a big, trick or treating neighborhood we decided to just go to our ward's Halloween party!
Here are the three of use before leaving for the party!
Daddy was a Star Fleet Captain, Mommy was a baker, and Rondalynn was of course a cupcake!
At the party they didn't really have many things or people passing out candy or games or booths for little, little kids to play to earn candy but thanks to the missionaries passing out candy we were able to give Rondalynn her first piece of candy ever!
She had a green apple Jolly Rancher sucker that within seconds of tasting it she had a death grip on it and no one was going to have any chances of getting it from her!
The ward party was the night before Halloween so on actually Halloween night I made my normal Halloween themed dinner!
Cheesy mummy dogs!!
Gravel chili and spooky trees!
And lastly night crawler pasta!
I love the tradition of making a Halloween themed dinner and it was super tasty as well!
Over all it was a quiet Halloween but was also a ton of fun to celebrate it with our baby girl!
