Most everyone has heard of the place Benihana.
It's normally one of those places that you go to for special occasions and events like birthdays, anniversaries, Prom, etc, etc.
I always thought it was too fancy for an every day place mainly because I had never been but one night Ron and I decided to give it a try and check it out!
Of course since them making dinner is also your entertainment while there I took a lot of pictures!
Of course the menu!
You start out with this awesome onion and mushroom soup!
Our chef cleaning the grill.
After the soup you get an awesome salad with a tasty Asian dressing.
This picture is a little hard to make out but it's an oil heart on the grill.
Our chef had fun making oil designs when he needed to use the oil like this smiley face!
Making our chicken fried rice!
Our finished chicken fried rice!
Next he made our shrimp appetizer!
He moved like lightening as he cut off the tails and split the shrimp in two!
The yummy shrimp appetizer!
Next while cooking our veggies he started the......
Onion Volcano!!
Then he cut it up and it became part of..........
some most delicious veggies!
Our chef making are main course! Sorry I took these pictures on my cell phone so they are a little blurry because of the steam
And finally our super tasty chicken, shrimp, and veggie dinner!
And of course to finish off the meal was some of the best rainbow sherbet I have ever tasted!
The place was great, the atmosphere was fun, and the food was amazing! It is a little bit more than dinner at other places but Ron and I know we will be back!
