Gilbert Temple Progress!

First off sorry this picture is from a cell phone so it's not but best but it's not that bad either!

You can't really tell but the Angel Moroni is on top! I was so bummed that I missed the day that they were putting on so I could see it live but it's okay because it's so close I drive to by it at least weekly if not sometimes more. And this one will be closer to me and my new home than the Mesa Temple was to my parent's house.

It will be great to be able to go weekly again and this time be able to go more with my husband!

Father's Day

A lot of people have been asking what song I danced with my dad to at my wedding. It's called Cinderella by Steven Curtis Chapman. I completely love the lyrics and the back story with my dad and I and these lyrics before I share the lyrics is one of my earliest memory is standing on my dad's feet and dancing when I was like four. Then for my 9th grade formal my parents showed up early to pick me from the dance and my dad danced the last slow dance with me. Then again my senior prom my parents came to watch the royality (that I was nominated for) be announced and before he left my dad dance with me again. So now you have the back story when you read the lyrics and I think it will be very clear why I picked the song!

Sewing Machine

Ron, Shelia, and myself decided to go in on a gift for Echo that would count as her Mother's Day, Birthday, and Christmas gift for this year!

Echo loves to sew! In fact she is the one that did all the changes and such to my wedding dress.

So we went in to get her a new sewing machine that does almost everything but turning string into gold!

These are the candid photos I took when we gave it to her a week or so after Mother's Day.

She had it all set up and had done some sewing with it before the night was out!

As you all know I have recently gotten over some crazy hip issues and I'm sure you all knew that Ron was behind me the entire time completely supporting me and encouraging me to help me through it!

I couldn't help but take this picture one night when he was at the hospital coming to see me! He was such an amazing husband coming and seeing me and supporting me! I am so beyond blessed to have him in my life and even more as my eternal companion!

I love you Ron more and more every single day!
