I completely love working in a Children's Hospital and this is not the only reason why! The Arizona chapter of the Ghostbusters came to visit my work on the 21st and I was for lack of better words completely stoked!! They were nice enough to let some staff get pictures with them and since this was my favorite cartoon/movies/toys when I was little so of course I was first in line!

Ummm.....

The Sunday before Christmas we came outside to find this!

It was only a matter of time before this happened to our deer! But it still made me giggle and whoever did this was slightly confused on who should be on top!

Christmas Sugar cookies 2010!

First off let me just say Merry Christmas to everyone! I will be posting about our Christmas Eve and Christmas day activities hopefully in the next few days!

The Saturday before Christmas Ducky and I made Christmas sugar cookies!

Holiday baking 2010!

It's time again for the Larson's Christmas goodie day of baking!!

I was all ready in my new and fabulous cupcake apron made by the even more fabulous Maria!

My dad started out like always with his most tasty fudge!

Don't worry he licked the spoon when he was all done........I think.

My mom made her yummy popcorn balls! Doesn't this song make you want to sing "What's going work? TEAM WORK!!

I made cupcakes for Julie's bridal shower and enlisted the help of Emma and Karli to make....

These flower cupcakes! I also made sugar cookies, rice krispiestreats, and chocolate chip cookies. And my mom made magic bars, pound cake, and peanut brittle! Needless to say it is very tasty at our house right now!

Tron Legacy!

On December 16th my Dad, Llama, Emma, and I went and saw the midnight showing of......

Tron Legacy in 3D!!

We got there kinda early so Emma and I had to figure out something to do to pass the hour and a half of time! So we decided to mess with the camera on my phone!

So this one of our first attempts! I'm still not used to the camera on my phone so I accidentally zoomed in! But it's a good one of my eye!

Then another zoomed in one to showcase Emma's eye!

After I annoyed my father by taking his picture I found out that my camera can do different effects!!!

I blew a bubble in sepia!

We captured our footwear in mono!

Our 3D eye wear are in red tint.

We then solarized ourselves.


And lastly gave ourselves a negative view!

It was all good fun! But the movie was excellent! I suggest you all go and see it even if you haven't seen the first one! I would love to run out right now and see it again! And I have to say how happy I am that Hollywood did not yet again ruin another movie of my childhood with a remake or sequel!

Family pictures 2010

Every two years we try to get family pictures for our Christmas cards! So now I bring you the Larson 2010 family pictures! Enjoy some of my favorites with a little of my commentary!

Okay so I have to tell you about this story! Llama was not the biggest fan of us going and getting pictures taken as you can tell by his face in some of the pictures we have taken. Well my mom wanted one of us on this bench and I after one or two of them were taken I looked on the ground and found something I knew would make Llama's torment a little better! On the ground was a clear condom out of the packet, luckily it didn't look like it was open! So I leaned over as my dad was getting ready to set the camera up again for another picture and said "Llama look at the ground." He did and of course got the biggest and best smile and we both started laughing and joking how this very bench was most likely used for something other then pictures recently!

Another Llama story was this picture. We were all suppose to stand there and get this picture but right when the picture was getting ready to take Llama decided to be different and jump!

So we all decided that was a fabulous idea so we did it....... all but Llama who again made this a funny picture. I love both of these pictures!

When I see this one all I think of is Captain Morgan!

Poor Ducky had a hard time turning his head around this way to look at the camera.

So we all turned and looked right except for Llama who decided to stick with the left!
